Karen has been in the dentistry field for 23 years and has worked for Dr. Rae for almost 11 years in various roles. She started as the Office Manager, then transitioned into wearing several hats and becoming the Business Manager. Karen is married with 3 daughters and 2 sons-in-law. In her free time she loves to bake, read, hike, kayak and spend time with her family. She also serves as an Elder at her church.
